Mimi Hall Natural Nail Care Studio is a private, home-based studio offering one-to-one appointments only. All visits are strictly by appointment to ensure a calm, unhurried experience.
New Clients
All new clients begin with an initial consultation or the Natural Nail Restoration Programme. This allows me to assess the condition of your nails and recommend the most appropriate treatment plan.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled with less notice may be charged in full.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time to avoid delays for other clients.
Health & Nail Condition
If you have any medical conditions, nail infections, or concerns affecting your nails or skin, please inform me prior to your appointment so I can advise whether treatment is suitable.
Children & Guests
To maintain a peaceful and professional environment, appointments are for clients only. Please do not bring children or additional guests to your visit.
