Cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours before the scheduled service. cancellations will be charged the full amount of the booking fee if not adhered to.
Booking Fees are non refundable. If you are not able to attend your appointment please contact me to reschedule. You can reschedule up to 3 times before being charged a new booking fee. Please reschedule At least 24hrs before your appointment time.

For returning Clients please only choose the Magpie Gel Manicure option if you plan on returning every 2-3 weeks for re-apply. if you leave it more than 3 weeks you will be charged £5 extra for detailed prep work and extra time.
I require payment in full on the day you book your appointment, your appointment is not secure until it is paid in full. If the booking fee is not received when rebooking, and another client pays for the slot before you, I will contact you to let you know and you will need to make a payment before rescheduling.
As COVID is doing it’s rounds again I ask you please do not come to your appointment if you have any cold or flu like symptoms. (Your appointment will be moved to a next available date.)
